Anytime you’re looking to host a corporate or group event here at JH Adams Inn, Amanda Cress, our Sales Director and Revenue Manager, will be your first point of contact. She’s been with our team for over eight years now. If you ask Amanda about her favorite activity in High Point, she’ll say High Point City Lake Park because it’s full of unique activities and features like waterslides, a carousel, boats, and mini-golf! Her favorite part of working at JH Adams is the family atmosphere and that she gets to work in a beautiful, historic mansion. When not working, you can find Amanda reading, taking pictures, or watching The Office on repeat.

Tell us a little bit about yourself:
I love dogs, giraffes, neuropsychology, the 4th of July, and anything to do with watermelons. Here at the Inn, I’m known as “The Fixer.” My love of learning added to my dislike of being frustrated equals knowing how to do (some) things. Mix together random, mildly awkward, and plenty of humor and you’ve got about 90% of me. Word nerd. Should come with an instruction manual. Side effects may vary.
