Dana Holliday “More Than Flora” Exhibition Beginning April 10, 2025
As an artist living in Thomasville, NC, Dana has been actively painting murals for over 20 years. Over the last few years, she has adopted encaustic wax as a preferred medium and has been exploring more textured and three-dimensional elements in her artwork.
Dana has been influenced by Impressionism and the works of Georgia O’Keefe while traveling to Europe, South America and New Zealand, she gathered ideas, techniques and the qualities of many cultures to integrate into her highly unique artistic style. She has created many works with a realistic or impressionistic flair and is currently exploring the spontaneity of more abstract art.
