The Inn’s conference facilities are some of the best in High Point, equipped with complimentary high-speed Internet access, hybrid meeting capabilities, and multiple customization options.

Upon arrival, they can expect to stay in comfort and style in our early Italian-style mansion decorated with a combination of arts and fine furniture from around the world. Our newest event space, known as The Atrium, is a fully enclosed space perfect for your private or community events. The Atrium is 2,500 sq.ft. and can host up to 125 guests for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and anything else you can imagine. This versatile space features full audio/video capabilities including two large TVs along with a high-resolution projection system, two floor-to-ceiling stone fireplaces, customizable ambient lighting, a stage area, and a unique bar space.
The 800 sq.ft. Diamond Room features a stained concrete design floor, decorative wood-trimmed walls filled with artful decor, and elegant crown molding. This room can host your gatherings of up to 50 guests. It can also open into the Atrium for a flexible transition from presentation to dining or if you simply want an extended space for your guests to dine and dance.
Cristina Gray’s Bar
For more intimate events and gatherings, the 310 sq.ft. Cristina Gray’s Bar is available. This area seats up to 16 people with proximity to additionally seat 16 more in the Club Room. This space is used frequently for receptions, small group after-hours meetings, and private bars. With mounted TVs, an expansive wine rack, and a beautifully designed bar, this space is perfect for high-energy gatherings, friend meetups, and social hours.
The 247 sq.ft. Club Room area is steps away from Cristina Gray’s Bar and provides a more casual and soft seating option to the bar with its comfortable corner booths. The room is perfect for small groups of 16 or less to convene for social or private meetings and offers two door closures for privacy to separate it from the common areas.
Our 627 sq.ft. Lobby can host gatherings of up to 100 people in banquet rounds. It is often used in combination with the neighboring bar, Club and Partners Rooms to host a total of 144 guests in banquet rounds or a combination seating set up to encourage guest conversation and movement. The historic mansion features antique finishes and the latest in furnishings that are often featured in the High Point Furniture Market showrooms.
The 247 sq.ft. Partners Room can host a small gathering of up to 12 people but is often combined with the neighboring Lobby, Club Room, and bar to host a total of 144 guests. This room features a marble-adorned fireplace and lends itself to a more intimate, formal gathering place. A boardroom table is often utilized in this space for business meetings.
Located in the South Wing, the 414 sq. ft. Heritage Room can host gatherings of up to 25 people. This room is preferred by those who desire a more private area while still being steps away from the main house. Complete with projectors, screens, and recessed lighting, this is the perfect space for breakoutsessions and training activities.
The Craftsman Room and the Artisan Room are both located in the Elizabeth House next door to the JH Adams Inn. Guests will enjoy a spacious front porch, interior hardwood floors, traditional louvered blinds, and original detailing. The house is complete with a kitchen, bathrooms, and other support spaces.
The 450 sq.ft. Craftsman Room can host gatherings with up to 50 guests and provides an intimate and quiet setting. This room provides the highest level of privacy and occasionally the Elizabeth House is rented in its entirety, including the adjoining Artisan Room, private bathrooms, and kitchen space. As with all spaces at the JH Adams Inn, full catering is offered in this area. The Craftsman and Artisan Room, when combined, can host gatherings of up to 50 people in a banquet-style setting.
The 255 sq.ft. Artisan Room can host gatherings of up to 20 people. This room adjoins the Craftsman Room and is often used in unison for private events.
