One of the first friendly faces you’ll meet at Cristina Gray’s is Dillon LaHaie Mabe, our Front of House Manager. Originally from Midland, Michigan, Dillon brings years of warmth and hospitality experience to the JH Adams Inn team. Dillon’s favorite part of her job is the people—both the incredible staff and the wonderful guests she meets every day. When she’s not at work, she enjoys concerts, crafting, and spending time with her two awesome kids. Whether you’re local dining with us or traveling guest at the Inn, Dillon is always ready to make you feel right at home.
